What this website collects
- Form submissions: the lead form, Quick-Quote form, and contact form on this site ask for your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and general details about the home and loan you are considering. Submissions are emailed to talktome@truehomelending.com and are used only to respond to you and to follow up about mortgage options. We do not sell form submissions.
- No applications on this site: this website never asks for your Social Security number, bank credentials, or financial documents, and it does not take loan applications. When you are ready to apply, the Apply buttons take you to Loan Factory’s secure application portal, which is governed by Loan Factory’s Privacy Policy.
- Consent to contact: if you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent is not a condition of getting a loan.
